We are pleased to expand our reach by offering shipping within the United States. Due to the nature of shipping bonsai, we ask that you contact us prior to placing any order that must be shipped. We will work with you to schedule a shipping date that balances your convenience with the safety of our trees.
The shipping needs for bonsai (size of the box, how to pack the tree) are as unique as they are. When you contact us, we will work with you to develop a shipping proposal that outlines how, when, and where the tree will be shipped. Shipping costs will vary depending on those factors.
In most cases, we will ship bonsai trees on Mondays with a 2-3 business day delivery time. By sending the trees out on Monday, we are taking every step possible to ensure the trees do not sit in a box for longer than a few days. We will not ship trees out over the weekend. This is to protect your tree and your investment!
When you receive your tree, please immediately take it out of the box and place it in a shady location to allow the tree to recover from the stress of shipping. Please note that it is not uncommon for trees to drop some leaves when shipped and placed in a new environment. This is normal, and they should recover quickly!
If you have any additional questions, please contact us. We are happy to help!
