Refund policy
We will pack your plant to the best of our ability to provide the safest shipping for your order.
We only issue refunds for plants damaged during shipping. If trees arrived damaged, please notify us within three days of receiving the order so we can issue a refund or replacement. Photos of damaged trees are required; in most cases, trees must be shipped back.
Refunds or replacements are only processed for trees that have not been altered. Trees that have been repotted, wired, cut, etc.. cannot be refunded or replaced.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
